OZH Meet: July 5
We had an unique opportunity to host an Outcome Zero Hour car meet at Speedfactor, allowing us to open up the showroom which brought a different element to these meets which are typically held at parking lots. We weren’t entirely sure on how well the layout would work here for a car meet, but it turned out to be successful. It did take a while to get all of the cars situated but the lot provided ample space for people to mingle and view the cars - we actually ended up running out of space and some guests were having to park in the front lot. I know it’s not always convenient to visit shops during regular hours, so opening the shop after hours provided another chance to visit. It was great to see so many friends and new faces come visit the shop and to take in the showroom and cars.
Alex came by earlier in the day to drop off his latest heavy hitter, a fully rebuilt Integra Type R done in Nighthawk Black Pearl. The list of modifications on this car is incredibly lengthy and consist of parts that Alex has been collecting over many years. I’ve spend a good amount of time taking in all of the details and bits, but there is still some much that I’ve either scanned past or haven’t had an opportunity to see - like suspension or parts hidden behind panels or liners. The front bumper sporting the UKDM optional fog lights.
Probably a first - at least the first that I’ve ever seen - Canadian spec red rear seats mated to Nighthawk Black Pearl. An option that never came from factory as Canada never received the Type R in black. There are so many pieces in this interior that have been given dedication to. One of my favourites are the red seat belts. It gives a pop of colour and ties in the rear bench nicely. Alex also flocked and lined the pillar pieces and headliner in a black suede-like material. The dome light and window visors were also redone in black to match. Found here are also the clock, airbag, and radio delete - all OEM issued items.
Spoon Sports cluster with a 11,000 RPM limit tachometer.
Carbon Recaro Mugen MS-R…
The original roof was cut out in favour of a lightweight carbon fibre roof.
Alex kept the powerplant period correct with an individual throttle body set up.
Don’t let the black valve cover fool you - this is the original B18C5. Coil on plug conversion.
A shot of the ITBs.
One of my favourite things to see in any build, is the dedication and lengths that people will go through to enhance or improve upon, even if that modification has little to no impact performance-wise. I personally believe these are the details that truly take a build to that top level. I’m sure the charge harness was brand new wiring and terminals, however Alex took it a step even further and applied acrylic tape to all of the charge harness to help with heat resistance - this looks much cleaner than the traditional plastic loom found in most production vehicles. The amount of care it takes to do this, and to do it well for that matter, is what truly makes this car that much more special.
All new hardware. I don’t think a single bolt from the engine bay was reused, or at least hasn’t been treated.
What else besides Mugen MF10s? Alcon big brake kit.
UKDM taillights and a Hytech twin loop exhaust below. Sorry, but also not really for the Integra spam. There is just much to appreciate about this car especially for me as a big Integra fan. Onto some of the other cars at the meet…
Nick’s DB Integra JDM Type R clone back together. Sortof. We got the front end back together just in time for the show as it was off for an engine swap. There is still a bit of work required to get the car running but we’re close.
Mugen MF10s on Nick’s Integra as well. Endless big brake kit.
Alex from Executive Wraps and Detailing’s R35 GTR.
Viv and Odie came out to support and hang out. Odie quickly making a friend.
My “JDM FD2” converted CSX. This year I opted to change out my old “Mugen RR” style body kit for OEM JDM Civic Type R parts with some Mugen pieces. I do have the lower grille section for the front bumper, however with the intercooler in place I’m not able to fit it without some major cutting, which I’m not willing to do to. Might have to figure out another solution for that…
I wasn’t sure how I felt about the Mugen wing when I first ordered it, but once I got it painted and installed, it quickly grew onto me. I love how the rear end of this car turned out.
I had just finished putting the car back together that morning and was washing it for the show. It was the first time washing the car in probably over 6 months as I was waiting on parts and body work to finish. I was quite stoked on how the car turned out and was currently sitting - well at least for a few glorious minutes until Alex arrived with his Integra.
I think this image accurately portrays how I felt.
Vince’s K-swapped Honda Fit.
Jamie’s S2000. Some exciting changes upcoming for this car.
Dave’s spoon themed S2000.
Toyota Aristos.
A very nice green colour on this FRS from Redline Sorority.

Duane’s RCF. We did an Instagram reel of the mount and balance for these Enkeis. Check it out here.
Very clean GMC Sierra slammed on 22’s.
Barb’s J’s Racing S2000.
Nissan 300ZX on red TE37s. These chassis aren’t as popular anymore, so it’s neat to still see them once in a while, especially in such immaculate condition. This one in particular really grabbed my attention. Super clean and simple. The red wheels are bold but it works well here.
Vincent’s NSX.
10th gen Civic Si and Varis Ver.2 widebody Evo X both sitting proper.
Chris brought out his new Integra Type S. This car has a lot of controversy around it bearing the “Integra” name but personally I love what Acura did here with this car.
Timeless.
Johnathan’s S2000.
Jeremy’s IS300.

Adrian’s EJ Civic and Alex’s E46 M3
Brandon’s RSX. He came straight from the track.
That wraps up the night! I wish I had more time to chat and hang out but I ended up running around through-out the night as you guys kept us quite busy at the front counter - so thank you for that! Hopefully I’ll get more time to look further in-depth into the cars and time for more photos.
Thanks to everyone that came out and showing off your cars!
